Adele didn’t release an album or a single last year, but the singer’s company made $59 million in 2013, herself making $63,000 a day. Her company, Melted Stone, posted a turnover of $60,335,626.72 in its latest set of records, filed last week with Companies House.
The mother of one is said to be in negotiations to head back to work, with discussions in progress for a world tour in 2015.
“She has managed to spend a lot of the past two years focusing on being a mother and wants to continue to do that while releasing and promoting new material,” says a source. “She has been back to work but is recording at her own pace… she isn’t about to rush release anything just for the sake of it.”
