Standing just 1.5m tall, Summer Robert cuts an unlikely figure as one of the world’s highest-earning content creators. The Glasgow-born 28-year-old currently lives in a luxury Gold Coast villa with a pool overlooking the ocean, banks around $500,000 a month and has become an international celebrity.
But the road to get here was anything but glamorous – it began with a rare medical condition and two drunk men who wouldn’t leave her alone.
“I have macromastia, an extremely rare hormonal disorder that causes breast tissue to grow continuously and uncontrollably,” Summer shares.
“I wasn’t officially diagnosed until I was 25, despite the condition having shaped almost every aspect of my life since childhood. “I never really had an A-cup. By the age of eight, I was already a C-cup and by 16, I was a double J. The growth never stopped. “In the past year alone, my bra size has gone up 11 cup sizes. I’m currently an M-cup. I can’t get bras anywhere normal – I order specially made ones from Poland.”

The pain behind the size
The custom bras cost up to $733 each, but it’s the physical cost that’s taken the biggest toll, says Summer.
“My chest weighs around 25kg in total and, at my height, that’s devastating on my back and shoulders. I wear specialist support braces every day and book weekly massages just to manage the pain. “Walking any real distance, cleaning my home and even cooking – none of it’s possible without proper support. It’s not something people see when they look at me. They just see the boobs.”
Summer’s parents took her to the doctor when she was 13, hoping she could undergo surgery, but she was refused due to her youth. The same happened at 17.
After that, doctors always told Summer her BMI was too high to operate.
She says, “The cruel irony is that my BMI looks elevated because of the weight of my breasts, not body fat. The surgeons wouldn’t ever actually see me – they’d
just see the stats on a page. “When I finally got diagnosed with macromastia, I was handed a Wikipedia page and sent on my way. I ended up travelling to Los Angeles to see a specialist privately. He confirmed what I’d long suspected – a reduction would only ever be temporary. He told me if I had one, they’d just grow back.”

Growing up sexualised
But the emotional impact was just as deep as the physical.
“I grew up being sexualised from such a young age – catcalled on the streets of Glasgow and told by teachers to cover up because I was distracting the other pupils. “I suffered panic attacks in changing rooms and I wore the same few things on rotation because finding clothes to fit was nearly impossible. I spent years consumed by self-loathing. I hated myself so much. I hated my boobs.”
After studying at the Glasgow School of Art, Summer went into restaurant management. It was then, in October 2023, on a 14-hour shift, that everything changed – “because of two men who thought it was acceptable to harass me”.
Summer recalls, “They kept telling me I looked like a Scottish Dolly Parton and wouldn’t leave me alone. They kept shouting, ‘Scotch Dolly!’ at me until I was in tears.

The moment everything changed
“The chef had to physically remove them from the premises. Then, while I was standing in the kitchen crying my eyes out, the chef had an idea. “He took my phone, set up an OnlyFans account on the spot, uploaded a single photo to my profile and by the following morning, I’d made $1340.”
“I kept working at the restaurant for a month, watching my earnings go up every single day. On 1 December 2023, I handed in my notice and went full-time. It was mad. I was making so much money. “My account Scotchdolly grew fast. It’s always just been me, being myself. I never had a team behind it or some big strategy. I was open about being in Scotland and my condition, and found an audience that responded to both. “The numbers were strong from the start, but when I began producing exclusive couple content around six months ago – working only with people I’d spent at least six months getting to know and vetting properly – my income moved into a completely different stratosphere.”

Counting the millions
A single video can sell for $300, but customised clips regularly go for $3350 or more. Summer makes between $419,000 and $503,000 a month before costs, sometimes earning up to $75,000 in a day.
She pays OnlyFans 20% and PR costs sit around $17,000 per month. The rest is in a UK bank account, although she plans to invest eventually. Summer has spent upwards of $84,000 on flight upgrades just to accommodate her breasts and she travels a lot to film content in sunny locations.
“What I want people to know about all of this is I’m just a pretty normal person, with mates from school and home who I see regularly. I go to Catholic mass every Sunday. I donate to my old church’s charity drives back at home whenever I get a request. “I don’t drink, smoke or take drugs. My family knows exactly what I do and they’re genuinely happy for me because they saw what I was going through before. Being a good person is all God wants. “When I see someone homeless, I’ll give them money, clothes or food. I just want to help people who are struggling. I’m so lucky to have this money. I’ve been at rock-bottom before – bullied and harassed – and I want to share this luck.”

A new life in Australia
Life in Australia is a world away from gloomy Glasgow, adds Summer.
“There’s no catcalling here – it’s relaxed, the weather is beautiful and the house I’m staying at has this incredible pool overlooking the sea. “I’m single and happy, and when this chapter eventually ends, I want to buy a farm here and live quietly. I know this won’t last forever and wouldn’t want it to.”
As for that breast reduction she spent so much of her life desperate for?
Summer says, “I don’t want it any more. I considered it my whole life, right up until I started OnlyFans. It was only after that I began to love my body and realised my differences make me beautiful. “Of course, I can afford one now. I just don’t want it. They’d only grow back – and honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing.”
