My five-and-a-half-year-old was watching his favourite programme, Gone Fishing, and we noticed how rough the sea was. I was explaining to him about the big swell rocking the boat as it went up over the wave and down to the trough at the bottom, to which he said, “That’s where the cows drink from.”
