The five-year-old boy from Belfast was with his brother when he spotted the yellow plastic shell – which normally contains a toy – in a hedge, reports Daily Star.

However, when they cracked it open, they found a bag of white powder which police confirmed was methamphetamine.

The boys handed the substance over to their dad who turned it in to the police.

Police said they were investigating the incident.

Just a few weeks ago, a dad of nineteen was jailed in the UK after being caught with a Kinder Surprise stuffed with cocaine and heroin.
