When do the 2025 Boxing Day sales start and end?
Boxing Day in New Zealand falls on Friday, 26 December 2025, but many of the sales kicked off earlier in the week, with some running through late December or even into early January. Many retailers use Boxing Day sales to clear excess Christmas stock, such as decorations and gifts.
