How to make decorative drawers

Want a weekend DIY project? Here’s how to transform plain wooden drawers in one afternoon.

You need:

– Scrapbook paper of your choice

– Small drawer unit: scissors

– Mod Podge all-in-one glue and sealer (available from Warehouse Stationery and Spotlight)

– Paintbrush; drawer handles.

Step 1 Cut scrapbook paper into pieces to match the size of the drawer fronts.

Step 2 Apply a layer of Mod Podge to drawer fronts and place paper on top to adhere.

Step 3 Apply a thin layer of glue over the paper. Allow to dry.

Step 4 Attach drawer handles.
