The corporate dads are tackling a brand new challenge for their families and themselves

They’re stepping back under the glare of the camera for Woman’s Day, but this time MKR foodies Aaron Gascoigne and Josh King aren’t hiding behind suits or aprons!

The dynamic duo are the face of a new six-week-long health and fitness campaign called Eat Healthy, Get Fit – and anyone can join in! Josh and Aaron have teamed up with nutritionist Claire Turnball and personal trainer Grant Hirzel to create a diet and exercise plan available for free online.

The nutrition plan is all about creating a healthy diet on an affordable budget, with ingredients that are easily available.

“The idea is that you can eat well, get fit and still enjoy the little things in life,” Aaron says.
