While we’ll miss Manu Feildel and Pete Evans on our screens every week, in their place is a new duo of judges ready to sort the best from the worst: Auckland-based chefs Ben Bayly (from Grove and Baduzzi) and Gareth Stewart (from Soul Bar and Bistro).

The culinary gurus say they’re ready for the challenge of MKR NZ, and they’re not afraid of being compared to the much-loved Aussie judges.
As Ben told Woman’s Day, they don’t want to be the next Pete and Manu.
“We want to be known for what we do here,” he said.
