I know we need Vitamin C to keep us healthy but I really don’t like citrus fruits as I find them too acidic. Can you tell me any other foods which I can eat to keep up my Vitamin C intake?
You could try the following:
Tamarillos (which are in season at the moment)
Kiwi fruit
Red capsicums
Broccoli
Strawberries
Guava (available in cans)
Papaya
Rock melon
Tomato juice
Potato, baked with skin
Cabbage
Spinach
