I know we need Vitamin C to keep us healthy but I really don't like citrus fruits as I find them too acidic. Can you tell me any other foods which I can eat to keep up my Vitamin C intake?
You could try the following:
- Tamarillos (which are in season at the moment)
- Kiwi fruit
- Red capsicums
- Broccoli
- Strawberries
- Guava (available in cans)
- Papaya
- Rock melon
- Tomato juice
- Potato, baked with skin
- Cabbage
- Spinach
