Don't like citrus fruits but want to have your dose of Vitamin C the natural way? Try these foods.
Vitamin C intake

I know we need Vitamin C to keep us healthy but I really don’t like citrus fruits as I find them too acidic. Can you tell me any other foods which I can eat to keep up my Vitamin C intake?

You could try the following:

  • Tamarillos (which are in season at the moment)

  • Kiwi fruit

  • Red capsicums

  • Broccoli

  • Strawberries

  • Guava (available in cans)

  • Papaya

  • Rock melon

  • Tomato juice

  • Potato, baked with skin

  • Cabbage

  • Spinach
