Rosie can thank trainer James Duigan for her trim figure, and she’s not the only one! Hugh Grant and Aussie supermodel, Elle Macpherson, are also fans of Duigan’s ‘Bodyism’ system of achieving a strong, lean and healthy body.
James’ clients follow a clean and lean approach to food, which means cutting out anything too overly processed and keeping meals as fresh and natural as possible, he told The Daily Mail. He advises his clients to reduce their caffeine intake and avoid refined sugar entirely.

Aside from food, James also recommends avoiding stress, practising proper breathing technique, drinking more water and cutting out alcohol.
If the thought of that is a little daunting, never fear – while Rosie is undoubtedly one of James’ star clients, she says not averse to a little indulgence here and there!
The self-confessed food-lover toldStyle.com that she doesn’t like to “deprive” herself.
“It’s all about finding balance and working out, making good choices for yourself when you can.”
