Beyonce reveals her diet secrets

Superstar singer Beyonce has shared the tips and tricks of her vegan diet

Beyonce’s fabulous curves are the envy of many, and now the singer is letting the world in on her diet secrets!

In an interview on Good Morning America, the star credited the plant-based diet she developed with celebrity trainer Marco Borges for keeping her in shape.

“I have curves. I’m proud of my curves and I have struggled since a young age with diets and finding something that actually works, actually keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me,” she said.

Marco inspired Beyonce and hubby Jay Z’s 22-day vegan challenge in 2013, and he and the singer also teamed up to launch a vegan meal delivery plan in February of this year. Beyonce also wrote the foreword for his book, The 22-Day Revolution, which is based on the concept that anyone can make or break a habit in just 22 days.

Beyonce is clearly a fan of Marco’s method – so what else does he advise?

Marco Borges’ health and diet tips:

-Eat three meals a day

-Meals should be 80% carbs, 10% fat and 10% protein

-Exercise for 30 minutes every day 

-Drink plenty of water
