MY BEAUTY PHILOSOPHY IS… Drink two litres of water a day, use a good moisturiser and keep it natural.
MY FAVOURITE BEAUTY TREAT IS… Manicures and pedicures, because you can go with a girlfriend, sit in the massage chairs and chat.
THE SKINCARE PRODUCTS I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT ARE… A good cleanser and moisturiser. I’ve been using Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel as it’s gentle and calming, and I moisturise with Estée Lauder DayWear SPF15.
MY HAIRCARE SECRET IS… Always have a bottle of dry shampoo handy. I use the original Batiste Dry Shampoo – it’s a great way to put a bit of life back into your hair if it’s limp at the end of the day and you don’t have the time to nip home to wash and blow-dry it before heading out.
THE MUST-HAVE PRODUCTS IN MY MAKEUP BAG ARE…
Mascara – I chop and change, but at the moment I love Estée Lauder MagnaScopic Maximum Volume Mascara; tinted moisturiser – Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream is good; and a good lip gloss – I like the plumping ones that make your lips tingle.
MY BIGGEST BEAUTY SIN IS… Very occasionally I forget to take my makeup off at night. I know it’s adding years to my face. Why do I do it?
THE BEST THING MY MOTHER TAUGHT ME ABOUT BEAUTY WAS… “When applying cream to your face, use an upwards motion. You want your face to stay up, not go down.”
