Fake a winter glow

Even in winter a little light colour can make you feel much better about yourself. Here are some useful tips to get you started.

  • To avoid streaks, never apply self-tanner to wet or damp skin.

  • After applying self-tanner to your neck, try to keep your chin raised for at least five minutes to prevent the tanner settling into the creases.

  • Put your self-tanner on in the evening – that way it can fully develop overnight, giving you a chance to fix up any uneven patches in the morning.

  • Make sure in winter you use a light to medium self tanner. Anything darker will make you look out of place!

  • Brighten your look on a day to day basis, with a light dusting of bronzer.
