Anna Marshall is the first bachelorette to be announced for the upcoming second season of The Bachelor NZ.
The Nelson-born contestant will be joining the reality dating show as the More FM Wildcard, following in the footsteps of previous Wildcard Lisa O’Loughlin.
Anna won her coveted spot after competing in a week-long boot camp alongside four other hopefuls, where she showed off her cooking skills, DIY talents and All Black knowledge. More FM listeners also voted for their top Wildcard pick, with Anna eventually emerging as the winner.
After watching Art Green and Matilda Rice fall in love on the first-ever New Zealand season of The Bachelor, the 29-year-old is ready to find her own Mr Right!
“I’ve lived my selfish years and absolutely owned them!” says Anna.
“Now I’m ready for the next chapters of my ‘life book’ and I feel this is the perfect place to start … Chapter 29 – will she receive a rose?”
Season two of The Bachelor New Zealand will screen on TV3 in 2016.
