After a twelve year hiatus, Celebrity Treasure Island is about to return to our screens and to drum up interest, TVNZ has just released our first look at the show. And it’s, um, a little steamy.
Featuring celebs in varying stages of undress – including shirtless men and barely-there bikinis – all emphasised by Baywatch-worthy slo-mos and extreme close ups of chests and cheeks (and no, we’re not talking about the ones on your face), they’ve certainly dialled up the sex appeal.
Pizza Hut are on board as a sponsor, and their their logo emblazoned across a close-up of a shirtless Sam Wallace is almost too much irony to bear. After all, pizza and pecs don’t usually go together and we’re willing to wage a hefty bet that Sam’s ripped body was certainly not delivered by Pizza Hut.
If Sam Wallace got a body like this by eating pizza we’ll eat our hats.
