The Queen leads the royal procession every year, and is no stranger to the horse races at Royal Ascot. In fact, Her Majesty has been a lover of horses since she was a child and also breeds and owns several thoroughbred horses that compete at the prestigious event.
As one of the biggest days in the Royal Family calendar, it’s no wonder Her Majesty often looks like she’s having a fun time. So we’ve taken a look back through the years of the Queen celebrating at Ascot.
