Rhys Darby confirmed to star in ‘Jumanji’ remake

The Kiwi comedian has signed on to join the cast of Jumanji, alongside Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black and Nick Jonas.

Production is currently underway on the new Jumanji, and comedian Rhys Darby has joined the cast.

The Hunt For The Wilderpeople star who rose to fame with Flight of the Conchords will be playing a character called Nigel, alongside Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black and Nick Jonas.

He confirmed the news this morning with a Facebook post on his public profile.
