Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie have done a lot of growing up since their reality show The Simple Life wrapped in 2007. That includes finally moving on from the feud that ruined their friendship.
Now they’re both married with kids, Paris, 43, and Nicole, 42, are very different from the wild young starlets who ruled Hollywood in the early 2000s. They’re finally ready to team up again for a more mature Simple Life reboot.
But it’s taken Paris a long time to forgive Nicole. She reportedly screened pal Paris’ notorious sex tape to friends in 2015.
“Paris and Nicole weren’t on good terms for nearly 12 years after that,” an insider explains. “It was pretty awful what she did and even though Nicole apologised, the trust was gone. It’s true that Nicole was jealous of Paris back then. No one ever thought they’d ever be friendly enough to work together again.”
