The 30-year-old actress took to her Instagram yesterday to share the super-sweet snap.
The new mum looked glowing in a blue floral dress, and looks like she is bouncing right back into shape after giving birth to little Journey on August 4.
Journey is the actress’ third son, joining four-year-old Noah and two-year-old Bodhi.
Megan is also stepmother to her husband Brian Green’s son, 14-year-old Kassius from a previous relationship with Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Vanessa Marcil.
She and Brian got together in 2004 after first meeting on the set of Hope & Faith when Megan was 18 and Brian was 30.
They got engaged in in 2006 but went on to break up in 2009, before reconciling the following year and marrying in June 2010.
In August 2015 Megan and Brian separated again, and the actress filed for divorce.
The following April however, Megan all but confirmed she was pregnant when she debuted an unmistakable baby bump at an event in Las Vegas, and the couple reconciled and called off their divorce.
