Ed Sheeran has announced that he is engaged to his long-time girlfriend Cherry Seaborn.
The singer shared the news through a post to his Instagram.
“Got myself a fiancé just before new year,” the post read.
“We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx”
Sheeran fans across the world are reacting to the big news, and lets just say some of them aren’t handling it too well.
Sheeran and Cherry attended school together in Suffolk, England and reconnected years later.
The pair began seeing each other officially in 2015.
