Fashionistas were given a rare treat at Valentino’s Fall/Winter show when iconic Zoolander characters Derek and Hansel brought Blue Steel to the runway to close the show.
Reprising their roles from the hit 2001 movie, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson stormed down the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week to cheers and applause. Wearing patterned silk Valentino suits with coats draped over their shoulders, the pair strutted their stuff to Eighties hit Don’t You Want Me by the Human League.
In what onlookers are calling a walk-off, Stiller and Wilson surprised the crowd, who took to their cellphones to capture the moment.

The crowd couldn’t get enough of Derek Zoolander and Hansel.
As they left the runway, the hilarious duo ceremoniously dumped their coats, leaving the audience in stitches of laughter.

Backstage, they met with Anna Wintour, who posed for a photo with a cheeky grin. The Vogue editor posted it on her Instagram account with the caption: “Speak no evil. See no evil. Hear no evil. Derek #Zoolander and #Hansel are back!”

This unprecedented runway hijacking signals that a sequel to the comedy is now in the works. Stiller and Wilson are currently filming in Rome alongside Will Ferrell and Penelope Cruz. Zoolander 2 is scheduled to be released on February 12, 2016.
