Lily Allen is considering having breast implants after being told she’ll need bigger boobs to make it in the US. A close source says, “Lily’s real hang-up is about her boobs. She dropped so much weight in the last six months, it’s left her almost flat-chested. Before one of her shows in the States, someone suggested a really great plastic surgeon, saying she needed bigger breasts if she wanted to make it as a popstar.
