Paris Hilton’s wedding plans are moving into high gear with claims she has already written to Prince Charles for `dispensation’ asking if she can be married at Westminster Abbey or St Pauls. The hotel heiress regards herself as American royalty and apparently thinks if neither of the venues above are available, Windsor Castle would do just as well. She and fiancé Paris Latsis are developing their wedding ideas under the summer sun in his Greek homeland.
