Daughter of Hollywood stars Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes turns one today. Katie was spotted prepping for the occasion by shopping at a local `Target’ department store. “I met some really great people, and it was nice,” says Katie. “They did recognise me, and it was a pleasure meeting them.
