This compilation of rock love songs features the usual suspects that appear on soft rock CDS, such as Goo Goo Dolls’ Iris and Foreigner’s I Want To Know What Love Is, but there are a few surprises here. Former Guns N’ Roses member Slash’s solo song Starlight is a surprisingly mellow sing-along track that got little radio play. Mikey Havoc’s 1990s hair metal band Push Push also makes an appearance with their mostly forgotten up-tempo epic Dig My World. This is an album riddled with soft rock guilty pleasures for enthusiasts.
