Peaches Geldof wants to be a “Louis Theroux”-style documentary maker.

TV presenter Peaches Geldof has recently completed work on a show inspired by her “idol” documentary maker Louis Theroux- who is known for his sarcastic tone and in-depth analysis into some of society’s most unusual circumstances – and she admits it focuses on “weird” people.

She says: “What’s [the documentary] about? I don’t think it’s weird people. It’s about … actually, yeah, to be honest, yes, they’re weird people. There’s some names there that I shouldn’t say.”

Despite being happy to present, Peaches – who is the daughter of Bob Geldof and late TV personality Paula Yates – would not want to appear on a reality show such as Strictly Come Dancing.

She joked: “I would rather cut my leg off than do any of that s**t.”
