33-year-old former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger- who recently reunited with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton – believes her collar bones are her best feature and puts herself near the top-end of the scale.
She said: “Looks-wise, I would give myself a strong eight out of 10 … although it would depend what pictures you show me.”
However, she does admit to having numerous body hang-ups and bits she would like to change.
She said: “I don’t like my thighs. Or the back of my legs. Or my chubby knees. I never have. I wear clothes that show my legs in pictures or videos but not often when I’m appearing live. I’d love a bit more definition.”
The Don’t Hold Your Breath hit-maker likes to work out to her own music, and says she relies on exercise to give her confidence.
In an interview with the Daily Mirror, she explained: “Staying in shape is where I get my power from. It keeps my temple strong. Physically it helps because you feel more confident in your clothes and how you hold yourself, but it’s all mental for me. If I don’t work out I actually look more slender as I don’t have as much definition.”
“But exercise is when I’m creative, where I get my ideas. I think of songs, I think about my tours and what I’m going to do on stage. Exercise gives me confidence because if I can get my butt out there, feel some pain and sweat then, world, I’m ready.”
