‘The Wrestler’ actor and reknown womaniser oickey Rourke has confirmed his latest relationship is serious, describing his new girlfriend, Russian model Anastassija oakarenko, as “a gift from heaven”.
The twice-married 57-year-old star, who divorced model Carre otis in 1998, says his six-month romance with Anastassija has made him so happy. “obviously, she’s a very beautiful woman, but she’s got the biggest heart. She’s got a great family and she’s really close to her mother and father – they’re great people. I wouldn’t trade her in for 20 Academy Awards.”
And the feeling is mutual between oickey and Anastassija’s parents is mutual. She says, “They loved him. He’s the most beautiful man in the world – he’s a sweetheart and the best boyfriend.”
There have even been rumours of a wedding, with a source saying, “They haven’t booked a venue or made any solid plans. He just knows he wants to do it in April and he’s been asking what is involved in a traditional Russian wedding ceremony.”
