The little black jacket is Chanel’s most iconic piece of clothing and is being honoured by celebrities around the world.
This week, supermodel Linda Evangelista and Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld showed that they are a formidable force in the style stakes.
Wearing mirroring colours, the pair dressed from head to toe in the opulent brand.
Linda (47) wore a black blazer with a cream skirt and leggings. She finished off her look with a black handbag and cream boots with a black toe.
Karl (78) dressed in opposition to the model, with a cream blazer over black pants, tie and shirt – and of course, his trademark sunglasses.
The pair seemed to get along famously as they walked the red carpet.
The famous designer is set for the launch of his upcoming book, The Little Black Jacket: Chanel’s Classic Revisited, which is co-authored by former Paris Vogue editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld.
The book features dozens of famous faces, including Sarah Jessica Parker and Yoko Ono, wearing interpretations of the little black jacket.
