She’s always been just as famous for her drunken antics and outrageous behaviour as she has for her music. But now it seems Lily Allen no longer wants the light to shine on her music career, with the pop star announcing that she is taking time off from music indefinitely.
Lily confirmed on her blog that she has no plans to record a follow-up to her album ‘It’s Not oe, It’s You’ or go on tour again. She says, “The days of me making money from recording music has been and gone as far as I’m concerned.” However, Lily will not give up performing entirely – she is said to be starring in the West End production ‘Reasons to be Pretty!’ in 2010.
