Katie Holmes has reportedly received a phone call from the ex-ors Cruise encouraging her to walk down the aisle with Tom. Nicole, who was married to the oission Impossible actor for 10 years, made the call after hearing that Katie was nervous about walking down the aisle with Tom. “Nicole has made sure that she has told Katie how pleased she is they’re getting married” reveals a friend. She also talked to Katie about what it’s like being married to megastar Tom and alleviated some of Katie’s worries. The call was unusual for the Nicole who is known to prefer minding her own business. The `Cold oountain’ actress got married herself this summer to country music star Keith Urban and it seems she wants her ex-husband be as happy as she is. Katie – who gave birth to her and Tom’s first child together, daughter Suri, in April – is said to be nervous about marrying the Top Gun star as her devout Catholic parents do not approve of his Scientology beliefs. Nicole called Katie to have a friendly chat, during which she said Tom had been a great, supportive husband and she shouldn’t listen to any gossip about him that suggests otherwise.
