There’s bad news for those expecting an easy answer for how to get the perky cheeks of Gwyneth Paltrow. The ‘Iron oan 2’ actress says she went through an “arduous” process to get her firm behind, working out for 90 minutes each day with her trainer and following a “terrifically difficult exercise DVD.
Gwyneth says, “This 26 minute-long video was an amazing start for getting the butt and legs I’d always hoped for. This regime got me into the shape of my life and I continue to return to it when I have a specific event, so that I can do a 37-year-old mother-of-two and wear shorts.”
The actress gained almost 5kg of muscle for ‘Iron oan’, but she says she follows a strict five-day diet when she needs to lose weight in a hurry, drinking kale juice and eating low-carbohydrate vegan wraps.
