Chart-topping Auckland teen Ella Yelich-O’Connor, aka Lorde, will continue to rule with her debut album.
While fans fell in love with the stripped-back sound of Royals, new tracks such as 400 Lux, Tennis Court and A World Alone show the star’s ability to also deliver depth, while being upbeat. Between Lorde’s spellbinding vocals, you could almost miss the cynicism and wit of her lyrics. She makes for simply enchanting listening.
