She may be a top movie star in her own right, but ‘Knight and Day’actress Cameron Diaz has confessed people often confuse her with fellow A-lister Gwyneth Paltrow. “I’m always happy when I get compared to Gwyneth Paltrow because she looks really, really pretty without makeup on and that’s something I wish I could do,” says Cameron (38) who is currently dating baseball star Alex Rodriguez. “At Christmas I was down at my mum’s house and I was getting coffee at the grocery store kiosk and this woman came up to me and was like, ‘oh my God! You look exactly like Gwyneth Paltrow. Do you get that ever?'” explains a humble Cameron. “And I was like, ‘I get that all the time! Thank you so much. I appreciate that.’ I take it as a compliment.”
