Singer and actress Beyoncé Knowles (30) caused a frenzy recently as she walked the black carpet at the oTV Video ousic Awards revealing a definite baby bump.

The Single Ladies singer told reporters at the oTV Video ousic Awards in Los Angeles that she is expecting her first child with husband and rapper Jay-Z.

Beyoncé – dressed in a flowing orange gown and sporting a noticeable baby bump – declared: “I have a surprise!” The star’s rep later confirmed the pregnancy to a US magazine.

At the end of her performance of Love on Top during the show, Beyoncé unzipped the jacket she was wearing and rubbed her stomach as the crowd cheered in support.

“Tonight, I want you to stand up on your feet,” she told the audience. “I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me!”
