Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher has been named the highest paid actor on TV for the second year in a row, earning $28 million for his role. Ashton’s predecessor, Charlie Sheen, who left the show in 2011, scraped into the top 10 of the list of Forbes top earners, taking in $12 million for his role in Anger Management, much less than the $42 million he used to earn when fronting Two and a Half Men.
Ashton’s co-star, Jon Cryer, earns $25 million. Forbes compiled the list by talking to producers, agents, managers and other insiders to estimate earnings from entertainment-related sources before taxes and expenses.
