A dance group from America are running classes to help parents bond with their babies – through the art of movement.
GroovaRoo Dance run classes that encourage parents to strap their babies into their chest carriers, and perform routines that both they and the baby enjoy.
In one such class, called ‘Mommy mingle, Daddy dance,’ the fathers perform a two minute routine to show their partners just how much they appreciate them.
On their page, the group share their mantra: “Dancing with your family is your birthright. Let’s reclaim it for your family and for future generations to come!”
