Monday
It’ll be a relatively dry day for the majority of New Zealand, with most of the country basking in sunshine and temperatures as high as 22 in the far north. In the far south, temps are likely to get down to the early teens, with Invercargill and Christchurch having their fair share of showers. Other regions affected by rain include Napier and Wellington, which will still have some sun throughout the day.
Tuesday
Another sunny day for the majority of New Zealand with many places in the central South and North Islands experiencing highs in the late teens to early 20s. Auckland and Northland will experience showers throughout the day but there will be the odd sunny spell, with temperatures reaching as high as 23. Napier and Invercargill will also be hit by showers, with the latter experiencing a strong westerly at times.
Wednesday
Sunny spells for most of the country, apart from Invercargill which will continue to experience showers. Auckland has a chance of rain but should be mostly cloudy with sunny spells, as will Northland and Dunedin. The east coast of the North Island and west coast of the South Island predicted to have bluebird days, with highs as much as 21 in some places.

Thursday
Another sunny day according to early predictions this week, with Dunedin and Christchurch experiencing patches of drizzle, while the rest of the South Island should have sunny weather with highs of 19. In the North, weather will be fine, but Napier and the far north will experience cloud too.
Friday
There will be showers for Taranaki and Horowhenua Kapiti Coast, but it should stay clear and fine elsewhere. In the South, there will be rain in Fiordland, and showers developing in Westland. Cloud will remain elsewhere.
