A father of 19 has been jailed after police caught him with a Kinder Surprise jammed full of cocaine and heroin.
Police were initially called to deal with damage caused at a club in Gloucester, UK by Donald Ewers, but it was only after his arrest that they found the surprising Kinder Surprise.
The distinctive plastic yellow capsule inside the chocolate treat is usually filled with a toy. However Ewers had stuffed his with 40 separate packages of drugs – 25 of crack cocaine and 15 of heroin with a total street value of around $1000.
The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply and is now behind bars for three years and nine months, The Sun reports.
Mr Ewers, who has fathered 19 children, had a similar conviction in 2009 where he received a 42 month sentence.
