A gourmet twist for these tasty lamb burgers. If dad’s favourite meat is lamb this is sure to be a winning recipe for Fathers Day. Serve with side salad and chips.

Ingredients
4 Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patties, frozen
4 brioche style burger buns
4 tbsp store bought tzatziki
½ red onion, cut into thin rings
100g feta, crumbled
rocket and salad greens
1 packet Beekist Chef’s Selection tomatoes, thinly sliced
To serve:
basil pesto
hand cut fries
side salad
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place lamb patties on. Cook from frozen for 20 minutes.
Once the patties have 5 minutes to go, pop the brioche buns in the oven to warm.
To assemble: slather tzatziki onto the bottom of each bun then scatter on crumbled feta. Top with rocket and salad greens, red onion, a lamb pattie and tomato. Spoon on a generous amount of pesto on top, then top with brioche bun. Serve while hot.
