It seems every man and his dog have been singing the praises of mindfulness lately. From doctors and psychologists to celebrities (Meghan Markle and Gemma McCaw, for instance) and influencers, everyone seems to be on board with the practice.

However, there is a small group of the public that questions what the big deal is. A group that bashfully wonders, ‘what actually is mindfulness?’ If this is you, you’re not alone.
