The damaging effects of being bullied as a child last long into adulthood, with victims upto six times more likely to develop a serious illness, a new study has found.
Research published in Psychological Science found that serious health problems, struggling to hold down a regular job, and poor social relationships are just some of the problems people bullied in childhood face when they grow up.
