Yoga used to the pastime purely of slim, lycra-clad ladies with a studio full of buddha statues.
But a few men from Scotland are proving that there’s absolutely nothing girlie about the practice, even when you’re wearing a skirt.
The team at BBC The Social have filmed an amazing clip of kilt-clad gents as they downward dog, lotus and lean all over the place.
Kilt clad Scotsmen Tristan Cameron-Harpe and Finlay Wilson show off their impressive strength and flexibility throughout the woods, and it’s pretty impossible to look away.
You need to show this to any man who thinks yoga’s not for boys.
Both Finlay and Tristan hail from Scotland, with the former actually being a woodland yoga instructor.
Tristan on the other hand, was crowned Mr Scotland in 2016.
