Yet another reason to love the humble avo.

Dry hair can be a real pain and I especially hate it when my ends get brittle after a day outdoors.

Luckily, whipping up a natural conditioning mask is as easy as popping to the kitchen and grabbing an avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

1 Mash the avocado in a bowl, then add olive oil and honey. Mix it all together until it looks like guacamole. (Make sure it’s smooth! I was lazy the first time I used this recipe and was finding chunks of avocado in my hair all day.)

2 Massage the mask into your hair, making sure to really work it into the ends. Pop a shower cap on and leave for 20 minutes to an hour, depending on how much hydration you need.

3 Wash the mask out with shampoo and enjoy your soft locks!
