Getting your hair coloured in the salon can be both a timely and costly undertaking. But dying your hair at home can be difficult.
Here’s how to fix one of the most common issues.
Problem: Your hair is too dark once you’ve put the at-home colour through it.
Solution: Get out the shampoo and start washing. Stick to the darkest areas of your hair.
Do this several times and make sure you don’t use a shampoo that is made for colour-treated hair.
Just an everyday supermarket brand will do just fine. With any luck it will fade the colour.
