Kate, what gives your team the edge?
Aside from me being the captain?! Our ability to have fun and laugh with each other. None of us takes life too seriously.
Who is your team’s secret weapon?
We all are. The fact that we have all lived together, cooked together and dated the same dude for two months … now that’s team work!
How far are you prepared to go to win?
I would go on another date with Jordan just to win and my God, that is saying something!
Why do you think you were elected as team captain?
I was a team captain on The Bachelor, so perhaps they wanted to keep the theme going or maybe the producers think I’m super-smart. Come to think of it, that must be the reason!
What Kiwi charity is your team playing for and why?
We’re playing for the Child Cancer Foundation. They’re making an amazing difference to children’s lives.
Did your team do anything special to prepare for the show?
We had a couple of glasses of bubbles!

Louise, what gives your team the edge?
Worldliness and life experience.
Who is your team’s secret weapon?
Our team’s secret weapon is Julia. Hopefully, everyone will get distracted by her stunning looks and those sexy long legs, and not take any notice of what’s actually going on during the game.
How far will you go to win?
I will do what I normally do to win – cheat, lie and betray!
What Kiwi charity is your team playing for and why?
Women’s Refuge because domestic violence is a major issue in New Zealand and it’s also one that cuts across all socio-economic groups.
Why do you think you were elected as team captain?
I have no idea and it’s one of the biggest regrets of my life!
Did your team do anything special to prepare?
Of course, I watched the show and I tried to think of tactics we could use. But we shall wait and see whether they pan out or not!
