Fergie’s fluctuating figure has been a constant source of gossip over the years, but now the 55-year-old has gone public to promote a juicer she says helped her shed unwanted weight.
The ex-wife of Prince Andrew made an appearance on shopping channel QVC to talk about the Fusion Xcelerator Blender, which is currently on sale on the QVC website for US$59.97.
On the program, Fergie admitted she had struggled with her figure in the past and said she had previously weighed in at almost 90kg.
Over the past two years, however, Fergie said the juicer – which she jokingly called “her boyfriend” – has been one of the tools she uses to help keep the weight off.
The Duchess also credited the American people for welcoming her and her daughters and helping to build her confidence.
“Americans have been so good to me,” she said.
“They gave my children their mother back because they believed in second chance[s].”
