It’s the first Monday of May, which, for fashion lovers, means a chance to swoon at the glitz, the glam, the performative, and the controversial, walking up the iconic red carpet to the Met.
This year, a star-studded guest list is to dress to the theme ‘The Garden of Time’, inspired by the Costume Institute’s spring exhibition ‘Sleeping Beauties, Reawakening Fashion’.
As always, Anna Wintour was one of the first guests to arrive, closely followed by her 2024 co-chairs Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny and Chris Hemsworth.
