Whether it was scenes of the late comedian dressed as a woman and covering his face in frosting or pelting his nemesis Pierce Brosnan with fruit, the 1993 classic Mrs. Doubtfire provided plenty of iconic Robin Williams moments.
However, at its heart the movie was about a deeper story of a father trying to reconnect with his family – and these alternate scenes from the film prove once again how great Robin’s dramatic talents were.
The footage, which was recently uploaded onto YouTube, shows Robin’s character arguing with his estranged wife (played by Sally Field), and struggling to repair his relationship with his three children.
